He is survived by: his wife Teri Knisley; his children, Leeann DeNoto, Sheila Lewis and James Knisley; his stepdaughter Tina Marie Herman (Chris); and his brother Charles Knisley (Nancy). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
