Patrzyk Jr., Mark Patrzyk (late Mikki), Cheryl Filipowicz (Ronald) and Scott Patrzyk (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Andrew Filipowicz (Jenna), Andy Goldyn, Adam Filipowicz, Scott Patrzyk II (Jessica), Corey Smith, Nathan Patrzyk and Ryan Patrzyk; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Aaron and Jack; and her siblings, Jane Refermat (late Michael), Edmund Richards (Gloria), David Richards and Charles Richards (Yvonne). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
