With profound sadness, we say goodbye to LuAnne M. Polak of Lancaster, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus Kotowski (late Gloria) and Dolores Duman (Bern); and her brother Thaddeus Kotowski. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Polak; her children, Amy Polowy (Marty) and Michael Przewozny (Renee); her grandchildren, Lexi, Ella, Gavin and Lizzie; her sister Julianne Conklin (Tib); and her friend Paula Martinez (David). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
