He was predeceased by: his sibling Lisa Zwick. He is survived by: his spouse Helen; and his siblings, Pauline Conklin, Robert Koch (Diane), John Koch (Linda), Linda Manikowski (David), Marsha Kennedy (Pat), Bill Koch (Belinda), Nancy Paradiso, Kyle McKeown (Jackie) and Sue Seagrave. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
