He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Jaklevich (Gary), Timothy Johnson, Steven Johnson, Kaitlyn D'Andrea and Elizabeth D'Andrea; his grandchildren, Brody, Bentley, Adalyn and Greyson; his father Paul Johnson; and his siblings, Cindy Daniels (Craig), Paul Johnson (Patricia) and Peggy Johnson.
