He is survived by: his wife Lena; his sons, Phillip (Marie) and Brian (Elena); his grandchildren, Dr. Amanda Schwandt (Matthew), Phillip Jr. (Samantha), Benjamin, Joshua and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Vivian and Hudson; and his siblings, Donovan "Butch" (Janice), Robert and Grace Eddy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
