He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fialkowski and Josephine Fialkowski; and his wife Eveline Fialkowski (DiMarco). He is survived by: his son Michael Fialkowski (Sandy); his grandson Matthew; his daughter Jackie Gatas (late Tony); and his grandchildren, Hannah and Joshua.
