She is survived by: her mother Beverley Culver (Reynolds) of Brocton, NY; her husband Scott Lemk of Lakewood; her son Cameron Lemk of Lakewood; her sisters, Tammy Morabith (Mark) of Parma, OH, Teri Kowal (Stephen) of Webster, NY and Donna Culver-Fisk (Richard) of Fredonia, NY; and her friend Cheryl Smith (Graham). She is also survived by several nieces/nephews and great-nieces/nephews.
