She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Caflisch (Philip) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Katie, John, Jennifer, Sarah and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Willis, Haley, Alayna, Ethan, Samantha, Savannah and Joel; and her great great grandchild Wayne II.
