He is survived by: his brothers, Dr. Charles Bender (Nancy) of Ridgway, PA and James Bender (Barbara) of Ashburnham, MA.; his nieces and nephews, Stephen Bender (Kylie), Kevin Bender (Kristin), Timothy Bender, Hayesly, Quinn, Lucas and Hannah; and his former wife Connie Forestiere.
