He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arthur and Mary Blanche Bender. He is survived by: his brothers, Dr. Charles Bender (Nancy) of Ridgway, PA and James Bender (Barbara) of Ashburnham, MA.; his nieces and nephews, Stephen Bender (Kylie), Kevin Bender (Kristin), Timothy Bender, Hayesly, Quinn, Lucas and Hannah; and his former wife Connie Forestiere.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 6:45 PM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701).
