We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2021 we had to say goodbye to James A. Caccamise (Lakewood, New York), born in Jamestown, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James and Almarie Caccamise (Pedersen). He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his grandson Jonathan (Cathy); his children, Jacob, Jordyn, Jillian of Highland Ranch, Colorado, Adam (Mia), Dominic, Natalie, Lennea, Michael of North Tonawanda, NY, Aaron (Jonise), Alexander and Lauren of North Tonawanda; and his siblings, Susan Wazaney of Salamanca, Timothy and David Spitz of Jamestown. He is also survived by married December 22, 1973; his three sons.

Memorials may be made at the suggestion of the family to Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care, 20 W. Fairmount Ave. Lakewood, NY 14750.
