He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Persell and Florence Hambleton Persell; and his sister Mary Ann Mustari. He is survived by: his wife Donna Anderson Persell; his children, Frederick Persell III (Julia) of Pasadena, MD, Kathleen Beckett (Mark) of Windermere, FL and Julie Smith (Michael) of Mentor, OH; his grandchildren, Joshua Stinchcomb (Rachel), Lauren Thom (Richard), Andrew Beckett, Carrie Persell, Frederick Persell IV, Hallie Persell, Ryan Smith and Robby Smith; his great grandchildren, Ben Thom, Jackson Thom and Ethan Stinchcomb; and his sister Carolyn Hall of Jamestown.
