He is survived by: his grandson Eagle Scouts; his wife Charlotte J. Rapp Johnson; his sons, Michael L. Johnson (Lisa) of Kent, OH, Myles L. Johnson (Willa) of Lily Dale, NY and Dr. Matthew L. Johnson (Angela) of Beaver, PA.; his grandchildren, Benjamin (Ashley), Zachary, Finn, Abigail, Nathanael, Kam and Elizabeth Johnson; his great grandchildren, Eleanor and Everett Johnson; his brothers, Charles S. Johnson of St. Louis, MO and John A. Johnson (Lori) of Lakewood, NY.; his niece Kimberly Maynard (Steven); and his nephew Douglas Whitford.
