Tarr (Lakewood, New York), born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 27, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent John Lepley; her stepmother Lillian Lepley; her daughter Nancy Lee Flickner; and her brothers, Robert Lepley and Donald Lepley.
She is survived by: her parent Gertrude Cramer Lepley.
