He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Blake and Estella May Blake; his siblings, Bob, Mary, Florence, Betty and Geraldine; his grandson Patrick Seekings; his great grandchild Edward Payton Blake; and his pets, Diamond and Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Magnuson (Neil) of Lakewood, Edward Blake (Janel) of Panama, Scott Blake (Jessica) of Lakewood, Robert Blake (Jill) of Busti, Jefferson Blake (Jennifer) of Pennsylvania and Brandi Jinks (David); and his brother Bud Beichner of Sinclairville. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
