He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Evanczik and Henrietta Dolowa Evanczik; his former wife Constance Johnson Evanczik; and his wife Anhild Carlson Evanczik. He is survived by: his children, Cathleen Brown (Larry) of Little Valley, NY, Barbara Michalski (Michael) of Cleveland, OH, Paul Evanczik (Barbara) of Lakewood, NY and Edward Evanczik of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to a charity of one's choice.
