He is survived by: his son Christopher David Mitchell of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Susan Mitchell (Penny) of Baldwinville, MA and Dr. Michael Mitchell of Sinclairville, NY; his grandsons, Zachary Schurdell and Nikolai Starr of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Devin Mitchell of Sinclairville, NY, April Mitchell Foster of Providence, RI, Alexander Bangtson of Wakefield, MA, James Bangtson (Nicholas) of Spencer, MA, Christian Bangtson, Frederick Crosby of Austin, TX and Channing Crosby of Templeton, MA.
