She is survived by: her close friend Amy Jo Stormer of Lakewood; and her siblings, Connie Lawson (Todd) of Jamestown, Scott Smith (Tina Farley) of Silver Creek, Kimberly Honey (Randall) of Jamestown, Lori Sisak of Jamestown and Shelly Smith (James Maxwell) of Jamestown. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives, and friends.
