She is survived by: her husband Eusebio Perez; her children, Judy Banini (Edwin) of Suwanee, GA, Hector Perez (Deborah) of Jamestown, Charles Perez (Paula) of Sinclairville, Eusebio Perez, Jr. (Rachel) of Painesville, OH and Nilda Christensen (Raymond) of Elk River, MN; her grandchildren, Kweku, Jose, Lisa, Alyssa, Abbriana, Samantha, Maranda, Laura, Caleb, Isaac, Jeremiah, Krystal, Joshua and Zachariah; and her siblings, Tomasa Ortiz, Fela of Philadelphia and Paco Ortiz of Philadelphia. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
