He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Downey and Flossie Downey (Watson) of Limestone, NY; his son Brent Arden; his grandson Andrew Brent Nickerson; his wife Linda Downey; his daughters, Lynne Nickerson (Andrew) of Dewittville, NY, Ann Damcott (Daniel) of Clymer, NY and Sala Downey-Cox of Girard, PA; his grandchildren, Lindsay (James), Michelle (Tracy), Ronnie (Jamie), Seth (Nikki), Samie (Jordan), Maggie, Joseph Arden and Jamie; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Liam, Ava, Ainsleigh and Ezra.
