She was predeceased by: her son Marley V. Swanson; and her grandparents, Ron, Doris Swanson, Verne and Joan Carlson.
She is survived by: her parents, Karin "Penny" Carlson Swanson Erb (Mark) of Sinclairville and Bradley S. Swanson, Sr. of Jamestown; her son Chance Templar; her partner Tod Vincent of Lakewood; her siblings, James "JT" Kote and Brandy Kote; her sister Danielle Basile Russell (William); her nieces and nephews, William Jr. and Carley; her brother Bradley R. Swanson (Amy); her nieces and nephews, Jaxson and Aubrey; her brothers, Alex S. Swanson and Caleb P. Erb; her aunts and uncles, Craige Swanson, Mark Swanson (Stephen Swanson), Becky Nystrom (Cherie Giambelluca) and Amber; her cousins, Melissa Goldberg and Lisa Giambelluca; and also KirraBella Snarski.
Following CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, friends will be received on a walk-through basis from 6 to 8 p. m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials please be made to Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Chautauqua County Humane Society, or Lakewood Fire Department.
