He is survived by: his wife Yoko Burdick; his children, Monica Burdick and David Burdick; his sisters-in-law, Toyoko Kanda and Kathy Butler; his aunt Marian Cradduck; and his brother Jerry Burdick (Florefe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
