He is survived by: his children, Cherie Palmer (John) and Joseph Koch (Linda); his son-in-law Gerry Fryzowski; his siblings, Jim Koch (Fran), Rose Crawford, Larry Koch (Linda) and Nancy Adams; his sister-in-law Carole Koch; his grandchildren, Candice Moore, Eric Palmer (Jessica), Robert Moore (Stacey), Ashlee Creamer (Christopher), Kayla Geiger (Cole) and Daniel Koch; and his great grandchildren, Darryl, Trinity, Anthony, Axel and Wesson. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephew, and friends.
