He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hazard and Lucy Hazard; his siblings, Shirley (Pete), Jack and Lenny; his former wife Jeanne Meaney; his children, Richard, Jr. (Sharon), Mark (Chrissy), Donald, Bonnie and Michael; his wife Nancy Ross; and his stepson Peter Ross (Elizabeth).
He is survived by: his brother David; his grandchildren, Jason, Rebecca (Ben), Alanna, Sierra, Christian, Corey, Brandon and Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Nora Jean and Malickai.
