He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Portka (Mary) and Gertrude Delmonte (Anthony). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Portka; his daughters, Meghan Donnelly (Ryan) and Cara Portka; and his siblings, Dennis Portka (Shirley Mcintyre), Michael Delmonte (Lynn) and Lynn Evans. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
