He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Palmer; his children, James M. Palmer (Marty Jo Poole), Jeanne Palmer (late Dean Dargavel), Julie Palmer (Joseph Schumacher), Joni Palmer and Jennifer Palmer (Mick Jackowski); his granddaughters, Elaine and Kate Jackowski; and his brothers, Henry and Michael Palmer.
