He is survived by: his children, Jonathan and Julia Molik; his mother Delphine Molik; his aunts and uncles, Clare Buckley (Joseph), Phyllis Nagel (Alan) and Lydia Molik (late Paul); his close friend Jill; and also, Joy Elizabeth Catalano and Katie Parks. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
