He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Phillips and Lorraine Phillips; and his brother John Duvall (late Gail). He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Amanda, Fred W. Jr. (Danielle) and James Phillips; his grandchildren, Lola, Kaylee and Landon; and his siblings, Richard (Donna), Noraine Deguire (Skip) and Charles Phillips (Helen). He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
