He is survived by: his parents, Amy Collins (Rob) and David Gutowski (Lisa); his siblings, Abby Gutowski, Alex Gutowski and Kali Collins; his grandfather Eugene Gutowski (Mary); his uncle Dennis Fleissner (Barbara); and his close friend Deana Fleetwood. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
