She was predeceased by: her siblings, Alex, Achilles, John and Despina. She is survived by: her husband Vasilios G. Bouklas; her children, Daphne V. Bouklas-Arresto (Stephen M. Arresto), Thalia V. Bouklas (William F. Stuber), Penelope A. Bouklas and Philip V. Bouklas (Sophia M. Tsantes); and her grandchildren, Dimitri V. Arresto, Melina M. Bouklas and Zoe K. Bouklas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
