He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Forst and Mildred Forst. He is survived by: his siblings, Sonya Patricia and Fritzie Lynn (Pisarski); his children, Cherie Castellano (Stephen) of Nesconset, NY and Scott Forst (April); and his grandchildren, Briana Castellano, Kristina Castellano, Gabriella Castellano, Stephen Castellano, Eliana Forst and William Forst.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Bruce's memory to Toys For Tots.
