He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Bayly and Janet Ward Bayly; and his brother John Bayly of Guilderland. He is survived by: his wife Marion Bayly of Lake Pleasant; and his siblings, Joyce Heroux (Bill), Janet Danzi Buckeye (Paul) and Norman Bayly (Carole).
