We bid farewell to Thomas J. McConnell of Lake Placid, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 7, 2025 at the age of 90. Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar McConnell and Francis McConnell; his wife Marge; and his sisters, Joan, Jackie and Carolyn.

He is survived by: his daughters, Donna McConnell of Lake Placid, Colleen Holmes (John) of Lake Placid and Kelly Saunders (Jim) of Chapin, SC.; his grandchildren, Tyler Saunders (Monica), Shannon Langley (Shannon), Dylan Duffy, Paige Saunders, Caitlin True (Andrew), Molly Madden (Shane), Maddie Saunders and Cooper Holmes; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Aubrey Saunders, Weston, Bennett, Mia Langley, Frankie, Willow Duffy, Delaney Dangerfield, Bodhi and Goldie True.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Saint Agnes Church (169 Hillcrest Ave, Lake Placid, NY 12946).
