With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen John Rand of Lake Placid, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Rand Sr. and Eileen Hall Rand; his former wife Patty Rand; his brother John Rand (Curly); and his brothers-in-law, Donald Scammell and Dennis Ryan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Scammell of Lake Placid, Jay Rand (Gun Rand) of Lake Placid, Barbara Ryan of Lake Placid and Mary Farr (Dan Farr) of Gabriels, NY; his nieces, Nikki Todd, Ingrid Rand, Janne Gilligan, Denja Weibrecht and Stanzi Bliss; his son Tyler Rand (Natasha Rand); his grandchildren, Henry and Vera Rand; and his son Owen Rand of Lake Placid.
