She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Tarrant and Margaret Bancroft Tarrant. She is survived by: her husband Joseph G. Platukis (Skip); and her daughters, Melissa (Eugene Holtsinger) of Glastonbury, CT, Beth (Bill Alcorn) of Jacksonville, FL, Jennifer (Ken Migliorelli) of Red Hook, NY and Emily (Joe Christian) of Niskayuna, NY. She is also survived by 11 granddaughters and 10 great-grandchildren.
