Albertin of Lake Placid, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away at the age of 90, on October 7, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Weihe and Emma Garrick Weihe; her husband William "Bill" Albertin Jr.; and her children, Dale Albertin and Theresa Albertin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Carter (Daniel), Valerie Zabo (Peter), Paula Purtell (Tim) and Lois Guttenberg (Jason); her grandchildren, Sheena Bartman (Jeremy), Stacy Lindsay (Bill), Rainy Carter, Rachel Zabo, Allie Zabo, Dale Guttenberg, Griffin Guttenberg, Brian Purtell, Stephen Purtell and Patrick Purtell; her great grandchildren, Connor, Evan Bartman, Carter, Claire Lindsay and Kennedy Hill; and her sister Janet Tieman (Howard). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (156 Main St, Amsterdam, NY 12010). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
