He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Pearl Lybarger and Edward W. Stouffer; his wife Nancy Ruth Long; and his siblings, Lottie Bockhouse, Anna Kight, Harvey Stouffer, Hetty Dull and Frank Stouffer.

He is survived by: his children, John Stouffer (Andrea Lain) and Suzanne Piacentini (Vero); and his grandchildren, Sam Stouffer, Emma Stouffer and Isaac Stouffer.
