He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Elizabeth (Leach); and his sister Laura Hines. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Fox (Sean) of Boonville, NY, Rachel Leach (Jacob) of Keene, NY and Jackson Leach of East Liverpool, Ohio.; his brother Dan Leach (Christine); his nephews, Jake and Zack Leach of West Leyden, NY; his sister Linda Wightman (Steve); his nephews, Michael and Tyler of Clinton, NY; his brother Christopher Leach (Retta); and his nieces and nephews, Erin, Sara, Cassidy, Leigha, Eli of West Leyden, NY, Jennifer, Dale and Amy Hines.
