He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Fontana (DE Michaels). He is survived by: his father Harry Fontana; his wife Nora Fontana (Lipari); his daughters, Yvonne, Noel, Kelly and Jodi Ann (Rich); and his sisters, Susan and Doreen Fontana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
