Meister of Lake Peekskill, New York, born in New York, New York, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandchildren, Richard Meister (Silvia), Jessica VanValkenburg (Vito Tanzi), Jason Meister (Stacey), Alyssa Marsico and Michael Marsico (Adriana); his great grandchildren, Angela, Brandon, Richard, Brooke, Alyson and Ashley; and his parents, Goodwin Meister and Elva Meister.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Putnam Valley Parks and Recreation Department.

“I Robert Jewell offer my sympathies and condolences to Dick's family. Don't know why but I suddenly thought of Dick and looked his name up on the internet and saw that he passed away. His family most likely does not know me, but Dick and I were best friends from young childhood through college. Both of us were very good basketball players and starred in our respective high schools of PHS and LHS. While in Westchester Community College, we would carpool to school on occasion. May Dick RIP.”
