He was predeceased by: his mother Hilda M. Winslow; his sister-in-law Mary E. Winslow; and his close friend Jeffery "Guff" Berg. He is survived by: his father Kenneth C. Winslow, Sr. (Dorothy) of Corinth; his children, Timothy Raymond Winslow II and Rayna Louise Winslow; his stepdaughter Falecia Louise Hogan; his grandchildren, Brycen Kimball, Oliver Kimball and Kolton Martin; his siblings, Kenneth C. Winslow, Jr. (Penny) of Corinth, Bradley Winslow (Joanne) of Glens Falls, William Winslow (Shelly) of Day, Tammy O'Neal (David) of Lake Luzerne and Annette Straight (Dominick) of Corinth; and his fiancé Terry Hack of Glens Falls. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
