He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Frasier and Grace E. Frasier Naccarato (Perkins); and his stepson Robert Carota. He is survived by: his significant other Wendy Mylott; his stepdaughter Amber Carota (Nick Durrin); his grandson Carter Durrin of Fort Edward; his stepbrother Doug Frasier of Day; and his sister-in-law Carol Frasier of Glens Falls. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
