He was predeceased by: his father William Puetz Sr.; and his son Tyler Puetz. He is survived by: his mother Janet Puetz; his close friend Martha Wilson; and his sisters, Sherry Puetz and Lisa Puetz. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
