He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dulin and Madaline Dulin (Bechtold); and his wife Kathryn "Kiki" Smith Dulin. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Dulin (Cheryl) of New Windsor and Stephen Dulin of Lake Katrine; and his grandson Daniel Dulin (Renee).
