He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Perry and Frances Pace Perry; his wife Julia Abdallah Perry; and his siblings, Angelo Perry, Carmen Callamari, Frank Perry, Theresa Parker, Kay Woomack, Louise Leone, Susan McNerlin and Antoinette Perry.

He is survived by: his children, Francine Trippodo of Lake Katrine, Michael Perry (Annette) of East Parish, FL and Sam Perry of Saugerties; his sister Phyllis Nagy of Kingston; and his grandchildren, Tara, Danielle, Dominic, Shauna, Jessica, Lisa, Sarah and Courtney.
