She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ramsay and Georgianna Ramsay (VanKleeck); her former husband Earle Hand; her brother George Ramsay; her granddaughter Naomi Galli; and her pet Toto.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Hand of Poughkeepsie, NY, Diana Velie (Michael) of Leeds, NY, Deborah Thomas (Michael Parrella) of Staatsburg, NY and Kara Martin (Bruce) of Rhinebeck, NY; her grandchildren, Andrew Hand, Jordan Thomas (Kaili Anderson), Ashley Nguyen (Dong), Georgianna Velie (Shannon Harte), Kailene Galli and David Galli (Gracie Driscoll); her great grandchildren, Cole Coons and Madison Nguyen; her nephew Mark Ramsay (Colette); her nieces, Glenda Ramsay and Noreen Burnor (Daniel); her friend Barbara Blancuzzi; and also Kim Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Jane's honor to the Hudson Valley Hospice House in Hyde Park, NY.
