He is survived by: his wife Donna Whaley; his children, Christopher and Jennifer Whaley; his stepchildren, Alexandra Kelly and Andrew Champagne; his stepson-in-law Patrick Kelly; his mother-in-law Carolyn Hake; his grandchildren, Kaitlin and Ava Kelly; his sisters, Linda Combs, Dolores "Dee" Fanning and Phyliss Playford; and his brother-in-law Gil Combs.
