She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Miller and Virginia Miller (Spinner); her husband Victor Hake; her brother Richard Miller; and her son-in-law Harry Whaley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Celuch (Kevin) of Grand Rapids, MI and Donna Whaley of Lake Katrine; her grandchildren, Alexandra Croswell Kelly (Patrick), Christopher Celuch (Mika), Christopher Whaley, Jennifer Whaley, Andrew Champagne and Connor Celuch; her great grandchildren, Kaitlin and Ava Kelly; and her sister Joyce Cox. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In light of COVID-19, Carolyn was laid to rest next to her husband in a private ceremony at Mt. Marion Cemetery, Mt. Marion, NY, the arrangements of which were entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service.
