She was predeceased by: her parents, Mortimer Fink and Anne Brown Fink; her husband Theodore Perlmutter; and her sister Stephanie Shenfeld. She is survived by: her children, Barry Perlmutter of Woodside, NY and Marcy Perlmutter of Shandaken, NY.; her brother Howard Fink (Rose); her niece Michelle Shenfeld; and her nephew Evan Shenfeld.
The family requests that memorial donations be provided to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
