Howard (Lake George, New York), born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on January 31, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Mann Howard and Verne A. Howard. He is survived by: his wife Lynn C. Howard of Ormond Beach; his sister Barbara Unger; his stepdaughter Robin Ross (Daniel Ross) of Pattersonville; and his sons, Health Howard and Travis Howard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
